    Who is Murphy Young?

    Murphy Young or MYG-Utilities is a billing management company. We calculate the utility billing charges on behalf of your Landlord. Monies we collect are passed to the Landlord to cover the cost of procurement to provide your utility service(s).

    What is a kWh of heat or chill?

    A kWh is a measure of the energy required to generate the heat or chill in the fluid distributed to your property. There maybe costs associated with the transport of heat or chill to your property that may be included in standing charges or availability charges.

    How do I pay my bill?

    The best way to pay your bill is by Direct Debit, it will be collected automatically.

    If you have not yet completed your Direct Debit mandate you can pay online using this website.

    Alternatively you can pay by a bank transfer but you MUST detail your Account Ref and Property on the transfer.

    How do I access my online account?

    To access an online account you will need to have provided an email address to us. This would be verified by the property manager for your estate/building. We will then email you details of how to access the account.

    What is my Account Ref?

    This is detailed on your bill at the top right hand corner. If providing your Account Ref becareful not to confuse this with your Bill Reference (that will begin MY….)
